Special Terms

  • General Terms and Conditions
    In order to be able to use the service the user must open an account at www.subply.com and accept SubPLY’s terms and conditions. These special terms shall be considered an integral part of SubPLY's terms and conditions.

  • Turnaround
    Turnaround estimated from receipt of order and payment confirmation. SubPLY shall use best efforts to complete creation of content in specified turnaround, however due to factors, such as, but not limited to type, nature and copyright issues of content, complexity, video/audio quality, amount of requests or other factors, turnaround may exceed estimated time and shall such extension shall not be considered a breach of any agreement.

  • Copyright
    SubPLY, at its sole discretion and for any reason, including, but not limited to type, nature and copyright issues of content, complexity, video/audio quality, amount of request or other factors, may cancel any order and may return payment to user via PayPal within 7 days of cancellation.

  • Payment
    Payment only using PayPal.

  • Audio Quality
    Prices based on videos with proper and clear audio quality.

  • Prices per Min
    Prices rounded up to full minute for pricing (per video).

  • Minimum minutes per order request
    French German and Italian require a minimum of 5 minutes per order request.

  • Publication Policy
    SubPLY will not publish (on subply.com or provide to any third-party) the paid content created for you without your permission.
