With PLYmedia’s Smart Subtitles Display option, your users will automatically receive the subtitling they prefer, every time the player is viewed.
The SSD is an optional function of PLYmedia’s subtitling solution and provides the following features according to your preference as the publisher.

SSD: Features

• The SSD system checks for and creates a cookie that remembers the user’s last choice of subtitles and automatically repeats that choice during subsequent viewings.
• In the absence of a cookie the subtitles will be displayed according to the default language of the user’s computer.
• The system provides an option of displaying a default language according to the publisher's choice.
