00:00:19 00:00:22 I work all day and I don’t have time to cook", so I ran into
00:00:23 00:00:26 the supermarket and got myself equipped for the whole entire day.
00:00:26 00:00:30 So here’s my bag, I’ll tell you exactly what’s in it.
00:00:31 00:00:35 “Organic walnuts”, these are my snacks, so when I am in front of my laptop
00:00:35 00:00:37 and I need a quick snack, I’ve got walnuts
00:00:38 00:00:40 but nobody wants to eat just nuts all by themselves
00:00:41 00:00:46 so I also got some organic dried fruit. Now be really, really careful
00:00:47 00:00:49 with the fruit that you get because this dried fruit
00:00:49 00:00:52 doesn’t have any added sugar but there are lot of dried fruits
00:00:53 00:00:57 at the supermarket that have added sugar and they also have added oil.
00:00:57 00:01:03 So make sure that the ingredients just say, organic mango, organic apricots, organic prunes.
00:01:04 00:01:07 Also don’t overdose on these, they’re pretty high in sugar.
00:01:08 00:01:10 It’s really, really good sugar because it comes from fruit
00:01:10 00:01:12 but don’t have the whole, entire container in one sitting.
00:01:13 00:01:15 Alright, those are my snacks. Now, what am I going to do
00:01:16 00:01:21 for my meals? I have got an entire rotisserie
00:01:21 00:01:24 chicken right here. OK, so I know you just didn’t have
00:01:25 00:01:28 the time to cook the chicken yourself but you need protein in every meal.
00:01:28 00:01:31 If you are on a muscle building plan you need protein at breakfast,
00:01:32 00:01:34 lunch and dinner. If you are on a fat burning plan
00:01:34 00:01:37 you also need protein at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
00:01:37 00:01:41 So this chicken is enough for me for lunch, for dinner,
00:01:42 00:01:46 may be even lunch tomorrow and its completely already cooked,
00:01:46 00:01:50 already seasoned, ready to go. So all I need is a fork and knife
00:01:51 00:01:54 and I have got my protein. The other thing I have on here is
00:01:55 00:01:58 prepared salad that I also made at the Supermarket.
00:01:58 00:02:01 Now make sure you stay away from the really heavy stuff
00:02:02 00:02:06 and this salad is loaded with veggies. I have got some broccolis, some cauliflowers
00:02:06 00:02:10 some lettuce, some tomatoes, some cucumbers, absolutely perfect.
00:02:10 00:02:14 There’s organic olive oil and vinegar in here and I am set with my fiber
00:02:15 00:02:17 and my vitamins and minerals for the whole entire day.
00:02:18 00:02:19 So don’t tell me you didn’t have enough time
00:02:20 00:02:23 to chop your fruits and veggies, because this is an easy solution
00:02:24 00:02:27 at the supermarket. Now if you are on a fat burning plan,
00:02:27 00:02:31 stay away from lots of starchy carbs during the day so I didn’t really
00:02:31 00:02:35 have to pick up some brown rice, some sweet potatoes or anything like that.
00:02:35 00:02:39 This really should keep you satisfied but if you are on a muscle building plan,
00:02:39 00:02:45 you’ll need a banana, some brown rice, some sweet potatoes, something that is a heavier
00:02:45 00:02:48 carbohydrate post workout, ok? So you’ll have to pick up
00:02:49 00:02:51 something a little bit more on the carbs side.
00:02:52 00:02:55 Now, last but not least, Organic Baby Carrots.
00:02:56 00:02:59 If you are not a veggie fan, almost everyone loves carrots.
00:02:59 00:03:02 So these are great "On the run", “On the go” snacks.
00:03:03 00:03:07 Now I’ll show you my secret fat burning drink that I carry around

00:03:11 00:03:15 You will always find it in my purse. and chances are you can run into
00:03:16 00:03:18 any coffee house and ask them for a cup with hot water
00:03:19 00:03:21 and put your tea-bag in there and you’ve got
